The Shamrock school building was renovated in 2021-2022 by replacing the old railings with new safer ones and building two new classrooms on the roof-top. This is what it looks like now – photos taken on 31st July 2023.
Did you know the old English word ‘scullery’? (a place to wash kitchen utensils etc.) Thanks to Mary Palmer, Greg McKay and their supporters from Spain and Australia we now have the perfect hygienic area to wash kitchen plates, pans and cutlery. Many thanks to Mary Palmer and her Supporters from Spain for donations which allowed the building of our new toilet and shower block. This now means that all children can have hot showers on a regular basis in a hygienic and private environment. We would like to thank Mary Palmer and all the other donors for helping us build this much needed washing area.Here are some photos of the area during and after the completion of work.Beside the washing area is an area for shower-room and toilets, which is our next project.We hope for the same kind of support in coming days too.
